Obituary

Funeral services for Jenna Nicole Bodiford, 14, of Barnwell, SC will be held five o’clock p.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at the Barnwell High School Football Stadium with the Reverends Steve Hurte and Robert Altman officiating; burial will be in the Barnwell County Cemetery by the airport. The family will receive friends from four o’clock p.m. until nine o’clock p.m. Monday, May 14th at the Barnwell High School Gymnasium. The family requests that memorial contributions be given in Jenna’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memorial & Honor Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Jenna passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018.

Born in Augusta, GA, she was the daughter of Brett O’Neal and Virginia Rebecca “Becky” Bodiford.
Jenna was an honorary graduate of Barnwell High School and was a member of Crossroads Church in Aiken. Jenna loved attending church with her family and singing for God. Hobbies were reading, riding her golf cart around her home town of Barnwell, swimming, and makeup artistry. Jenna’s faith and love for others was always apparent through her wonderful smile and loving disposition.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her brothers, Joshua (Reigh) Bodiford, Nicklaus (Jade) Bodiford; paternal grandparents, W. R. “Ray” and Peggy Bodiford; uncles, Barry Bell, Timothy (Nancy) Bodiford, Allen (Diane) Bodiford; aunt, Vikki (David) Thompson. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Rufus Lee and Geneva Townsend Bell and Uncle, Christopher Bell.
